We begin by evaluating your financial situation and budget to see how much you can borrow. We then search the whole of market and compare mortgage options to find the best deal that suits your needs, looking at interest rates, terms, and fees.
Once a suitable mortgage is identified, we’ll get a decision in principle (DIP) and outline product details including interest rates, monthly payments, and any additional costs for you to review.
When you’re ready, you’ll need to provide documents including identification and proof of income and we will help you complete out the mortgage application. We’ll then work with the lender, who will undertake a comprehensive review of your application, including a credit check, to determine your eligibility for the loan.
Before completion, we’ll arrange a property survey to assess the property’s value and assist in securing homeowners’ insurance and ensure that all paperwork is completed in the lead up to the exchange of contracts and the moment you take charge of your dream home.
