DirectorOur Founder, James leads by example leaving no stone unturned when it comes to finding the right solutions for our clients. With a wealth of experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals to distressed lending, James thrives in all scenarios referred to him.
Outside of work James is a keen football fan and spends time with his wife and young son enjoying outdoor walks or sampling the local restaurants of Herts and Beds.

DirectorWith vast experience in banking, Karl moved from the high street banking world to finance brokering. Karl is our guru for all things bridging and commercial. He is relentless in finding his clients the best solutions and navigating the intricacies of residential and commercial finance.
Outside of work Karl is a devoted father to 2 boys and a lifelong Spurs fan. When not suffering at White Hart Lane, Karl can be found suffering on the golf course and throwing back a few Guinness’s.

I have a passion for fitness and family, when I’m not assisting clients, you’ll find me hitting the gym for pump and spin classes or enjoying early morning swims. I cherish spending time with my two children and my loyal Ridgeback, Hunter.

‘Kitty’ joined Less Stress Mortgages in 2023 and has quickly become a key member of the team. Kitty operates in London with a wide variety of clients giving expert advice across residential, investment properties and protection solutions. In her spare time Kitty spends time with her family and is involved in community based initiatives.

Jenny McLaughlan
Jenny is a self-confessed property addict which has led her to a dual role as Estate Agent and Mortgage Adviser. In fact, Jenny is such a property addict that her children have lived in a whopping 13 homes!
Jenny spends her social time Snowboarding, working out and rehydrating with a nice beer. If you offer her a tea she’ll ask for 5 sweeteners, Talk about a sweet tooth.

Outside of work, Bruno tirelessly works to ensure his 3 children have a wide variety of experiences through sports, clubs and travel. Growing up on Arnie movies, Bruno is a keen gym rat and regularly bores the rest of the team on the merits of pumping iron, nutrition and spirituality!

Her perfect weekend looks like: either watching her beloved Arsenal play followed by a home cooked meal, or visiting a nice restaurant for some good food followed by some drinks with friends.

Out of office, Milly transforms into a super active lady, hitting the gym, travelling and indulging in quality time with friends and family.
Milly also has a talent for baking, expanding the team’s waists with her delicious homemade cakes and cookies.
